Affordable Monthly Maintenance Packages


Monthly Maintenance Packages (Aug. 2009)
 
Package A
Monthly Package Amount: P 3,000.00
(max. 10 units including notebooks, printers and desktops)
- 4 scheduled visits and 4 on call visits
 
Package B
Monthly Package Amount: P 5,000.00
(max. 15 units including notebooks, printers and desktops)
- 6 scheduled visits and 6 on call visits
 
Package C
Monthly Package Amount: P 7,000.00
(max. 25 units including notebooks, printers and desktops)
-  8 scheduled visits and 10 on call visits
 
MONTHLY PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Unused unscheduled visits will be forfeited on a monthly basis. But if Client pay in advance for 3 mos. Or in 1 yr., they can avail of the free On call visits of  the next months and will be deducted accordingly for the succeeding months. Client will pay P 14,500 for Package B & P 20,000 for Package C  if paid in advance for 3 mos.Billing is every Start of the Month.
 
Inclusions:

  • Whole day visit to client’s location to do a routine check on it’s enrolled units (desktops, printers, notebooks). – Primarily schedule will be during off peak days as forecasted on NK Main’s weekly deployment schedule.
  • Stickers will be used for identification of enrolled units.
  • Installation and complimentary use of Kaspersky anti virus , 30-day trial version. (Optional)
  • Complimentary NGenius Privilege Card – card name will be under the company/client.
  • Unlimited technical phone support (8x5).
  • For desktops and notebooks, support as follows:

                  * Monthly Checkup on OS

                  * Applications, Peripherals

                  * Antivirus and Firewall Updates (provided by Client)

                  * Hardware Installation/Replacement (parts excluded)

                  * Check-up of LAN Connection

  • For printers, support as follows:

                 * Cleaning of paper path
                 * Cleaning of external casing
                 * Replacement of toner cartridge, as needed [cartridge itself at Client expense]
                 * Test prints from all paper paths
                 * Evaluation of consumables

  • A completion/recommendation report will be provided for each visit.

Exclusions:

  • Ng Khai Development Corp. does not cover toner cartridges, ink cartridges, ribbons, labels, films, repairs due to defective or leaking toner cartridges, repairs for physical damage due to negligent or improper use of equipment, liquid spills, etc. Client will be responsible for furnishing suitable consumables for the purpose of  testing & Diagnostics 
  • Prior to the execution of any repairs outside of the scope of the maintenance contract, the Ng Khai  technician will provide the client with a quote for the cost of all parts and labor necessary to complete the repair for signed approval.
  • Installation of unlicensed applications.
  • Back up of data files/ Data Recovery
  • Provide Recovery disk for operating systems.
  • Set-up & Configuration of Routers/Switches
  • Support will be on a Monday to Friday (8:30am -5:30pm) and Saturday (8:30am-12:30pm)
